1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and our services.

2. Services

Learning While Healing provides Christian-based life coaching services, online workshops, and digital resources. These are intended for personal growth and emotional healing and should not replace professional therapy, medical, or psychiatric treatment.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at helping clients set and achieve personal and spiritual goals.
Coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or psychological conditions.
The client is fully responsible for their choices, decisions, and outcomes.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., Xendit and Paypal).
Refunds follow our official Refund Policy, which can be viewed at the footer of this site.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must notify at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or poses risk of harm to self or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, digital workbooks, and course content provided by Learning While Healing remain the intellectual property of PNL Life Coaching Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Learning While Healing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our coaching services or materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
