Refund Policy

1. Coaching Sessions

All payments made for coaching sessions (1:1, group, or packages) are non-refundable once the first session has started.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours are forfeited without refund.

2. Program Packages

For multi-session packages (like 6-week or 8-week programs), you may request a partial refund before your first session minus administrative fees.
Once coaching has begun, no refunds will be provided — but you may pause or transfer your sessions for up to 60 days due to emergencies.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable workbooks, journals, and online courses, are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

4. Events, Workshops, and Webinars

For paid events, cancellations made at least 5 days prior may receive:

50% refund or
Full credit toward another event.

No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 5 days of the event.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of serious illness, hospitalization, or family emergencies, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Gateway & Processing

All payments are securely processed through Xendit or Paypal.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, less any transaction or administrative fees.
